4-4-10-3: MINORS SELLING OBSCENE MATERIALS:

No persons shall hire, use or employ any minors to sell or give away or in any manner distribute or to permit any minors in their custody or control to sell, give away or in any manner distribute any of the articles enumerated in subsection 4-4-11D of this chapter.
