3-11-3: RESTRICTIONS:
   A.   Smoking and use of an electronic delivery device is prohibited within twenty feet (20') (6.10 m) of entrances, exits, operable windows, air intakes, and ventilation systems of enclosed areas in which smoking is prohibited by the Minnesota clean indoor air act. (Ord. 2016-05, 6-13-2016)
