Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions hereof, or who shall fail to comply with any of the provisions hereof, or who shall make any false statement in any document required to be submitted under the provisions hereof, shall, upon conviction, be penalized in accordance with the provisions of section 1-4-2 of this code or by an administrative penalty pursuant to section 1-4-4 of this code. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Such persons may be enjoined from continuing such violations. (Ord. 2010-6, 7-12-2010)
