When an establishment in the city, licensed or to be licensed under the provisions of this chapter is hereafter constructed or extensively remodeled, a plan showing all work to be done and materials to be used shall be submitted to and approved by the city before such work is begun. The plans and specifications shall be drawn to scale, shall be legible and complete in all details. The city shall review such plans and report its findings within a reasonable amount of time of the date plans are received. (Ord. 2010-6, 7-12-2010)
