Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and be subject to a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00), or an administrative penalty pursuant to section 1-4-4 of this code. (Ord. 2010-6, 7-12-2010)
