The city is authorized to conduct such inspections as it deems necessary to ensure compliance with all provisions of this chapter and any and all applicable Minnesota department of health regulations, as such regulations may be from time to time amended, supplemented or replaced, and shall have right of entry at any reasonable hour to the swimming pool for this purpose. Authorized city personnel shall bear and display proper credentials and identification prior to entry for inspection. (Ord. 2010-6, 7-12-2010)
