Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, or violating any rule or regulation promulgated by the Council and duly published, shall, upon conviction, be penalized in accordance with the provisions of section 1-4-2 of this Code. Each day that a violation of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated hereunder, as aforesaid, continues shall be considered a separate offense punishable upon conviction as aforesaid.
