All food and beverage establishments such as restaurants, bars, food stands, mobile food units, as defined in Minnesota statutes chapter 157 as that chapter may be from time to time amended, supplemented or replaced, must be licensed by the state of Minnesota or an agency delegated by the state to perform this duty. The provisions of chapter 157, as amended from time to time, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference, and the city may enforce the same as an ordinance of the city.
