Pursuant to Chapter 12
.06, subsection (e) of the Moorhead City Charter, the Moorhead Public Service Commission has jurisdiction over the procedures for the termination of the Electrical and Water Service. Because the city provides three services consisting of wastewater, the removal of storm water, the removal of garbage and rubbish, and street light service which are interrelated to the provision of Water and Electrical service, the Moorhead Public Service Commission will not discontinue Electrical or Water service except as provided in this ordinance.
