§ 36.46 MULTI-HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN.
   The town adopts the county’s multi-hazard mitigation plan as an official plan, and the county’s Emergency Management Agency will submit on behalf of the participating municipalities the adopted multi-hazard mitigation plan to the state’s Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency for final review and approval.
