§ 36.24 ESTABLISHING A COVERED ACCOUNT.
   (A)   As a precaution to opening a covered account in the town, each applicant shall provide the town with personal identifying information of the customer after appropriately identifying the customer by picture identification or other sufficient identification to the satisfaction of the town with the only recorded information by the town to be the name, address and phone number and making a notation as to whether or not they are buying or renting.
   (B)   Each account shall be assigned an account number and personal identification number (PIN) which shall be unique to that account. The town may utilize computer software to randomly generate assigned PINs and to encrypt account numbers and PINs.
