§ 35.19 TRANSACTION CONVENIENCE FEE.
   The town creates a convenience fee pursuant to state code in the amount of $3 per payment by bank card or credit card for a user fee charge to be collected as a part of each payment made pursuant to a bank card or credit card transaction.
