The town shall charge a fee of $300 for services provided by an advanced life support paramedic of the town for services within the town or Brown Township. Services provided by a town paramedic for advanced life support outside of the town or Brown Township shall be a fee of $300 plus an additional nonresidency fee of $75. The services shall be billed through the entity providing transportation through an ambulance service when that entity is the primary provider of transporting the recipient of the services. This service structure shall go into effect upon the town’s receipt of the appropriate state licensing.
