The town’s Police Department shall charge an inspection fee of $5 for all inspections done, pursuant to I.C. 9-17-2-12, with all fees to be deposited in an inspection fee account in the Clerk-Treasurer’s office with the proceeds from the account to be appropriated and used strictly for a local law enforcement continuing education fund established by I.C. 5-2-8-2.
