§ 35.16 ACCIDENT FEES.
   (A)   The town’s Police Department shall charge fees consistent with I.C. 9-26-9-3 allowing for a fee of $8 for each accident report that has been certified to the state’s Police Main Depository and $5 for any other report.
   (B)   The fee collected shall be deposited in the accident report account and may be used for the local law enforcement Continuing Education Fund established under I.C. 5-2-8-2.
