(A) There is hereby established a facsimile transmission fee to be charged by the town whereby the town shall charge $5 per page for facsimile transmission of documents by the Town Court. Said fee to be paid to the Town Court with the Town Court providing an accounting on a monthly basis along with depositing said monies with the Town Clerk-Treasurer for entry into the Record Perpetuation Fund.
(B) There is established a Record Perpetuation Fund for purposes of depositing all fees paid for facsimile transmissions to the Town Court. The funds in the Records Perpetuation Fund are to be used for the preservation of Court records and the improvement of Court record-keeping systems and equipment all by local appropriation.
