§ 34.20 PURCHASE ORDERS.
   (A)   Before any item, service or commodity is ordered, purchased or contracted therefor, in an amount in excess of $10, by any person or on behalf of the town, or any department thereof, there shall be issued a written order to purchase said item, service or commodity.
   (B)   Said purchase order shall be issued by the Town Clerk-Treasurer upon the requisition of any member of the Town Council.
   (C)   Said purchase order shall fully describe the purchase to be made and shall include the price to be paid if the same is practical or the most economical price is known.
   (D)   Said purchase order shall be issued in triplicate, two copies to be given to the person making said purchase, and same shall be presented to the seller from whom the purchase is made.
   (E)   Upon the making of said purchase, the seller shall insert the price charged, fully describe the purchase and return one copy to the person making the purchase. That person shall then return the purchase order, as completed, to the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
