(A) All employees with more than six months and less than one-year seniority shall have five working days’ sick leave and five days’ vacation for which he or she shall receive regular salary. All employees with one year or more seniority shall have ten working days’ sick leave and ten working days’ vacation for which he or she shall receive regular salary.
(B) It shall be at the discretion of the Town Council to grant additional time off if circumstances warrant.
