§ 33.09 UTILITY SERVICE BOARD.
   The Town Council shall act as a Utility Service Board of the stormwater facilities for the town, and all control of the Department of Stormwater Management shall be under the Town Council, and all existing control shall be turned over to said Board in a timely fashion not later than 30 days from the date of execution of the ordinance codified in this section.
