(A) The Fire Chief and his or her designated deputies of the town are hereby authorized and empowered to enforce the Fire Code published and provided by the State Fire Marshal.
(B) The Fire Chief and his or her designated deputies of the town are hereby authorized to enter upon property located within the town and inspect said property and any and all improvements thereon for the purpose of enforcing said Fire Code.
