§ 150.01 FALLOUT SHELTERS IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS.
   In the construction of future public buildings within the town, room for fallout shelters shall be incorporated in the plans of said public buildings to the fullest extent practicable, in order to provide protection against radiation for the greatest number of persons in the event of a nuclear attack.
