§ 33.01 PLAN COMMISSION.
   (A)   The county’s Plan Commission is hereby designated and authorized as the Plan Commission for the town.
   (B)   (1)   As an administrative rule of the Plan Commission, there is now established a Technical Committee which shall consist of the President of the Plan Commission and one other member of the Plan Commission that shall be selected by the President of the Council, and that such two members of the Technical Committee shall serve for a period of one year, or until their successors are appointed.
      (2)   All improvement locations permits and/or building permit applications which shall be applied for, pursuant to the zoning regulations of the town, shall be reviewed and acted on by the Building Inspector and such Technical Committee. Further, no construction, reconstruction or structural alteration of any building pertaining to such application made shall proceed without written approval of the Building Inspector and of such Technical Committee, which approval of the Technical Committee may be made under the signature of one of the two members thereof.
