(A) Taxicab licenses may be revoked and the right to operate suspended for any violation by any operator or his or her employee of any of the provisions of this chapter, or for the violation of any penal statutes of the state.
(B) The convenience of the public being of paramount importance, owners and/or operators of taxicabs licensed pursuant to this subchapter shall give good, efficient and sufficient service to persons desiring transportation within the limits of said town, and a failure to do so shall be sufficient grounds for the revocation or suspension of this license.
