§ 111.18 NUMBER OF LICENSES TO BE ISSUED.
   (A)   Licenses issued under this subchapter shall be limited to one license for each 1,000 or major fraction thereof, of the population of said town as determined by the last preceding United States census.
   (B)   In the event there shall at any time be more applications for licenses than are allowable under this subchapter, the Town Council shall determined which, if any, of such applications shall be allowed and which shall be denied.
