(A) The licensee of any street vendor licensed under this subchapter shall employ none except skillful and experienced drivers who shall be licensed as provided by the laws of this state, and the list of the names and places of residence of such drivers shall be furnished on January 1 of each year to the Clerk-Treasurer and kept on file by him or her in his or her office.
(B) A registration fee of $1 per year shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer for each driver registered under this section. Each such registration hereunder shall terminate on December 31 of each year.
(C) In the event any driver is disabled or quits the service of his or her employer, substitute drivers may be employed, but in such case, the names of such substitute drivers shall be filed and registered with the Clerk-Treasurer within 48 hours after he or she begins work.
