No insurance policy shall be accepted by the Clerk-Treasurer unless it shall provide indemnity of not less than $100,000 because of bodily injury to or death of one person, as the result of any one accident; or of not less than $300,000 because of bodily injury to or death of two or more persons, as the result of any one accident; and no policy shall be accepted unless it shall provide indemnity of not less than $10,000 because of injury to or destruction of any property of others as the result of any one accident, and said insurance shall contain a provision that the town shall be entitled to ten days notice before any cancellation of said policies shall be effective.
