§ 110.02 LIQUOR RETAILERS’ PERMIT.
   The Town Council consents that liquor retailers’ permits, Class B, may be issued to applicants otherwise duly qualified under the provisions of the applicable statutes relating to the issuance of licenses for the sale and consumption of spiritous beverages.
