(A) The Town Court shall hereafter be established as the Ordinance Violations Bureau for the town and responsible for hearing all cases involving ordinance violations and collecting all fines for violations of ordinances within the town and further shall collect these monies and turn them over to the Town Clerk-Treasurer’s office for deposit in the town’s General Fund.
(B) Any monies under ordinance violations that are required to go to other funds within the town shall be distributed by the Clerk-Treasurer after receipt from the Town Court.
