§ 32.01 TOWN COURT CREATED; TOWN JUDGE.
   (A)   A Town Court shall be created for the town and shall be known as the “Town Court of Mooresville, Indiana.”
   (B)   The Town Council hereby declares that a vacancy now exists for the office of Town Judge and directs the President of the Town Council to appoint a Judge thereof to serve until the next election of town officers.
   (C)   The Judge shall also act as clerk of the court, and his or her salary, including reimbursement for clerk’s expenses, is set by Town Council.
   (D)   The Court shall be conducted, pursuant to and in accordance with statutory power granted by the laws of the state.
