The following rules and regulations shall apply to the Town Cemetery.
(A) All decorations shall be removed by the caretakers after April 14 unless the decorations are on top of stones or hanging baskets above the ground.
(B) Memorial Day decorations shall stay in the Town Cemetery until the following June 15.
(C) No decorations shall be permitted in the Town Cemetery that are more than six inches from the base of a marker.
(D) All decorations put on grave sites after October 1 of the year shall remain until April 14 of the following year, at which time all of said decorations shall be cleaned up.
