(A) The sum of $440 shall be charged for the opening and closing of adult grave sites, and, in addition, the sum of $220 over and above the $440 for services performed on Sunday, holiday work or emergency work where short notice is given.
(B) The sum of $660 shall be charged for the removal of an existing adult grave. The sum of $480 shall be charged for the removal of an existing child’s grave and the sum of $300 shall be charged for the removal of an existing cremation grave.
(C) The sum of $320 shall be charged for the opening and closing of infant grave sites, and, in addition, the sum of $160 over and above the $320 for services performed on Sunday, holiday work or emergency work where short notice is given.
(D) The sum of $200 shall be charged for cremation urns, and, in addition, the sum of $100 over and above the $200 for services performed on Sunday, holiday work or emergency work where short notice is given.
