§ 94.24 ENFORCEMENT.
   It shall be the duty of the Board to see that all provisions of this code are followed. Prosecutions may be instituted by the Board, its Superintendent or other town employee, or may be referred to the Town Attorney and shall be conducted as provided by statute.
