§ 94.10 NOISE LEVELS.
   The Board shall provide regulations to restrict the use of loud speakers and other devices, so that such sound therefrom shall cover only the area where such picnic, public forum or meeting is conducted and shall not unduly interfere with the use of said park for other purposes in the areas set aside therefor.
