(A) Individuals listed on the state’s sex offender registry published and disseminated by the state’s Criminal Justice Institute are prohibited from all parks and other recreational areas in the town.
(B) No person shall while upon park property use profane, obscene, lewd, threatening or abusive language or fight, quarrel or throw any stone or missile or behave in a loud or disorderly manner, or commit any offense against decency, or good morals, or contrary to law.
