(A) The town amends Appendix A of the resolution codified herein to join the Public Employees’ Retirement Fund, executed October 30, 1995, to add the following positions: Economic Development Administration Assistant.
(B) The town shall pay the legally required percentage of gross annual payroll of said covered employees and other initial expenses for enrolling this employee into the Public Employees’ Retirement Fund.
(C) None of the classifications or positions specified in this section are compensated on a fee basis or of any emergency nature, or in a part-time category.
(D) Active participation by new members shall begin at the earliest date possible consistent with the Public Employees’ Retirement Fund.
