There is hereby created an Alarm Fund of the town. The Alarm Fund is established to receive all fees, fines and other monies collected by the town under the provisions of this chapter. The Town Council shall appropriate from the Alarm Fund all monies necessary to enforce the provisions of this chapter. This shall include, but is not limited to, personnel, office supplies and expenses, computer equipment, computer software and programs, postage and the like.
