§ 92.55 RESPONSIBILITY.
   Every owner, manager or agent of any multiple-family dwelling unit or mobile home rental shall be responsible for the installation and maintenance of all smoke detectors. This requirement applies to smoke detectors required by any state or federal law as well as by this subchapter, unless otherwise required by state or federal law.
