§ 92.30 CODE ADOPTED.
   (A)   The town hereby adopts and incorporates by reference the current adopted edition of the state’s Fire Prevention Code (675 I.A.C., Article 22) and all amendments thereto and reference cited within said code.
   (B)   The town further orders, adjudges and decrees that all businesses and public buildings within the town shall be required to have portable fire extinguishers on their premises pursuant to National Fire Prevention Association Standard For Portable Fire Extinguishers, 1988 Edition, a copy of which is attached to the ordinance codified in this subchapter as Exhibit A. BUSINESS and PUBLIC BUILDINGS shall be defined as any user under the town’s zoning ordinance which would allow a business use whether under a variance, zoning or actual zoning and will include both business and industrial uses along with all buildings that are open to the general public. The standards for the portable fire extinguishers will be as set out in Exhibit A, attached to he ordinance codified herein, and the penalties and implementation and administration of this shall be as set out in this subchapter.
