§ 92.18 BURNING REGULATIONS ADOPTED.
   The town incorporates the open burning regulations of 326 I.A.C. 4-1-0.5 through 326 I.A.C. 4-2-2 and all amendments thereto. Any sections that are inconsistent between the state’s open burning regulations and this subchapter shall be interpreted to enforce the stricter of the two regulations.
