§ 31.02 ASSISTANT STREET COMMISSIONER AND SEWER PLANT SUPERINTENDENT.
   There is created a new position for an additional employee of the town who shall hold the title of Assistant Street Commissioner and Assistant Sewer Plant Superintendent to assist in functions and to perform labor for the town. The salary of the Assistant Street Commissioner and Assistant Sewer Plant Superintendent shall be paid from the Sewer Fund and Street Fund.
