(A) The following restrictions on flow of traffic are established by the Town Council.

(B) The town and Street Commissioner shall install signs indicating the direction of lawful traffic movement and shall be placed at every intersection where movement of traffic is restricted.
(C) Any violation of this schedule shall be enforced through the Town Court, and any person found in violation shall be responsible for court costs along with fines and all costs associated with enforcement.
