§ 30.03 DELEGATE TO THE STATE’S HEARTLAND COORDINATING COMMISSION.
   The Town Council authorizes the town’s entry into an agreement for the formation and operation of the state’s Heartland Coordinating Commission and has the right and duty to appoint a delegate thereto.
   (A)   The delegate shall be a member of the Town Council.
   (B)   The delegate shall serve for a term of one year, with the first such delegate to be appointed for a term of January 1, 1977 through December 31, 1977.
   (C)   The delegate so chosen shall be selected at the organizational meeting of the Town Council.
