(A) The practice of parking vehicles loaded with debris, garbage, waste, trash and any and all objectionable, odorous, unsanitary or unhealthy substances or materials within the town or upon the streets and alleys thereof, except while in the process of loading or unloading the same is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and punishable as a misdemeanor.
(B) Such practice as described in division (A) above shall cease within the town and shall not be permitted.
(C) The Police Department of the town is directed and required to suppress and abate such nuisance as described in division (A) above.
