(A) Missing material.
(B) The Town Marshal, or any other person designated by the Town Council shall post or cause to be posted appropriate signs at said intersection for vehicular traffic moving in a northerly or southerly direction on Indiana Street, setting forth the right of such motor vehicle traffic to turn right under said conditions when, in fact, said motor vehicle traffic is facing a steady red signal at the traffic control signal at said intersection.
