§ 70.06 ROAD BLOCKS.
   (A)   There shall be only one road block per year granted to any organization. For the purpose of this section, ORGANIZATION shall be defined to include any branch of a parent organization, group, club or school activity.
   (B)   All road blocks shall occur between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. only.
   (C)   All road blocks shall be conducted at one or both of the following two intersections and no other location:
      (1)   Carlisle and North Indiana Streets; and
      (2)   Monroe and Main Street.
