§ 52.100 WASTEWATER DISCHARGERS.
   It shall be unlawful to discharge sewage, industrial waste or other waste to any sewer within the jurisdiction of the town’s municipal sanitation utility and/or to the town’s wastewater treatment plant without having first complied with the terms of this chapter.
