§ 52.022 PRIVATE DISPOSAL SYSTEM UNLAWFUL; EXCEPTION.
   Except as hereinafter provided in §§ 52.080 through 52.082 of this code, inclusive, no person shall construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool or other facility intended or used for the disposal of sewage.
