§ 52.12 CONSTRUCTION AND INSPECTION.
   (A)   Construction standards. The developer shall construct the new system in accordance with the plans approved by the Town Council.
   (B)   Change orders. All modifications or changes to the system shall be approved by the Town Council prior to being installed or implemented.
   (C)   Construction inspection. The developer shall provide professional inspection services under the management of a professional engineer to ensure compliance with the approved plans. The town may at its option and expense also provide inspection services, and the developer shall accommodate and assist the town’s inspector without cost to the town.
   (D)   Construction certification. The developer shall obtain the certification of a professional engineer that the completed system was constructed in accordance with the approved plans and any amendments to the plans that were approved by the Town Council.
