§ 33.36 COPY FEES FOR PUBLIC ACCESS DOCUMENTS.
   The town may establish a fee schedule for copy costs regarding public access records at a charge of $0.10 per black and white copy and $0.25 per color copy for all approved requested material; the fee for certification of documents may not exceed $5 per document; person(s) making an inspection or copy request for public records must fill out and submit a town request for public records form to the Clerk- Treasurer; the town may request advance payment for cost of requested copies, and all requests for approved records shall be produced in a reasonable amount of time.
