(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) If owner fails to bring the property into compliance with § 92.20 of this chapter either by the proper disposal or removal in the lawful manner from the corporate limits of the town of said junk within the time prescribed, or by sheltering said junk, the town shall be entitled to seek and obtain a mandatory injunction from the county courts or from any city court, pursuant to I.C. 36-1-6-4, for the purpose of requiring any person violating the terms of § 92.20 of this chapter to remove in a lawful manner said junk found to exist on private property. In addition, any person who violates § 92.20 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $500. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(2) The Clerk-Treasurer or Town Manager for the town, or the Town Attorney, are hereby authorized to file said civil action for mandatory injunction relief and for imposition of fines on behalf of the civil town.
